Please note that all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full duration of the event. All guests ages 2 and older require a ticket to attend; including adults. Children under 24 months may attend free with a paid adult but will not receive personalized items and event inclusions. For those purchasing VIP admission, early entry is reserved exclusively for VIP ticket holders — all members of your party must have VIP tickets to access early entry together.
