Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs. To ensure fairness to both our performers and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies to all character bookings, event bookings, add on experiences, and party rentals:

Deposits
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for admin and planning services provided and to secure your date and time on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Rescheduling
We allow one free reschedule if requested at least 14 days prior to the event, pending availability. Additional reschedule requests or reschedules requested with less notice may incur a $50 fee. All rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original booking.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full credit of your deposit toward a future booking within 6 months.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit and any additional payments due to staffing commitments and preparation costs.

Performer Illness or Emergency
In the rare case that your scheduled performer becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible and send a qualified replacement. If no suitable replacement is available, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
