1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.

  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Events are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent.

2. Character Disclaimer

  • While we make every effort to provide a performer that resembles the character shown on our website, specific performers are not guaranteed.

  • All characters are portrayed as generic folklore and fairytale characters and are not affiliated with any licensed or trademarked brands.

3. Liability

  • The Princess Party People is not liable for any injuries, incidents, damages, or accidents that may occur during your event.

  • Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

4. Photos & Media

  • We may take photos during events for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • By booking with us, you grant permission for images of your event to be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media.

  • If you'd prefer your party not be photographed or shared, please let us know in advance.

5. COVID-19 & Health Policies

  • We follow all current local health and safety guidelines.

  • If a performer or team member becomes ill, we will contact you immediately and do our best to find a suitable replacement or reschedule.

  • Clients are asked to inform us of any known illness among attendees prior to the event.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (location, time, guest count, etc.).

  • If there are any delays caused by the client that interfere with setup or event timing, it may reduce time allotted for the party.

  • Please ensure pets are secured during setup and event time for the safety of our team and performers.
